1. What is Prizeloop.com?Prizeloop.com is a pixel advertising website created to raise money for the Spinal Cord Injury support group of South Florida. It is a website that gives any business, organization or individual the opportunity to advertise their website and increase traffic to their website while supporting a good cause. All net proceeds will be donated to The Spinal Cord Injury Support Group (SCISG) of South Florida once the page is sold out.
2. What is The Spinal Cord Injury Support Group?The Spinal Cord Injury Support Group (SCISG) of South Florida is a not for profit organization that promotes camaraderie through friendship, education, advocacy and recreation to enhance the quality of life for those affected by spinal cord injuries and disabilities.
The SCISG of South Florida is in the process of fund raising to hopefully someday open a spinal cord injury resource center in Broward County, Florida. This center will have an indoor gymnasium providing members an opportunity to learn and play wheelchair sports (i.e. wheelchair tennis, wheelchair basketball, quad rugby, etc.) The resource center will contain recreational and exercise equipment so this population can feel comfortable in maintaining and improving a healthy lifestyle. Educational classes and speakers will have an opportunity to address issues specific to SCI/D. The building, bathrooms and all equipment will be ADA compliant. Community group meetings and outings will be scheduled as part of the SCISG resource centers curriculum. A designated pediatric center will offer children, their parents, siblings and caregivers a place to get together with others finding themselves in a similar situation. This area will be dedicated to providing information, education and improving the lives of children affected by SCI/D.
